By downloading, installing, or using Luzid ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE

Luzid is a dream journaling application that provides:

• Voice and text-based dream recording
• AI-powered dream analysis and pattern recognition
• Dream recall tracking and insights

The App is designed as a personal journaling tool and is NOT a medical device, therapeutic service, or substitute for professional mental health care.

3. ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 13 years old to use Luzid. If you are between 13 and 18, you must have parental or guardian consent. By using the App, you represent that you meet these requirements.

4. ACCOUNT AND SUBSCRIPTION

4.1 Free Trial New users receive a 7-day free trial with full access to all features. You may cancel at any time during the trial without charge.

4.2 Subscription After the trial period, continued access requires a paid subscription at $11.99/month (USD). Prices may vary by region and are subject to change with notice.
